To spectate at the all new Ultimate Pool Arena events for 2026 please select your date and amount of wristbands required. Everyone attending the event will be required to wear a wristband to enter the premise. 

Wristbands to be collected on the at the door.

Dates:

  • April 3rd - 5th 2026 - Robin Park, Leisure Centre, Wigan
  • July 3rd - 5th 2026 - Premier Suite, Bolton Wanderers FC, Bolton
  • August 13th - 16th 2026 - Loughborough University, Loughborough
  • December 11th - 13th 2026 - Robin Park Leisure Centre, Wigan

Wristbands:

For the 2026 season, we will be using a wristband system for each series event. If you are participating in the events the charge will be £50 per event and can be paid via direct bank transfer. Spectators will be charged £20 per weekend but can purchase here.

Ultimate Pool reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the venue at any time.

Delivery, Shipping & Returns

Christmas Delivery Schedule: Orders placed after 22nd December may not be processed or dispatched until our next working day, which is Monday 29th December.

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days (pool tables excluded).

• Orders placed before 12pm (midday, UK time) are dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

• Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

• Free UK delivery on all orders over £50.

• All orders include tracking so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Most international shipments are fully trackable.

• Please note: import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply when your order reaches your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.

• Cues must be unchalked and show no signs of use.

• Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please let us know straight away.

• We may request a photo or for the item to be returned for inspection.

• For confirmed faulty or damaged products, we will cover the return postage costs.

International Returns

• Customers outside the UK are responsible for covering return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).
