Installation Instructions:
Installation is simple and takes approximately 20- 30 minutes to complete.
Professional installation is recommended.
STEP 1 - Bonding
Bond the shims directly to the slate using a readily available two-part epoxy resin*, such as Araldite Rapid or a similar.
Step 2 - Blending
Finish off with a light skim of P38 Easy Sand* or a similar filler to achieve the perfect pocket finish.
*Note: Epoxy resin and P38 filler are restricted 18+ products and are not included in the kit, but are readily available from all good hardware stores.

• Standard Delivery for tables: 2–4 working days (pool tables excluded).
• Orders placed before 12pm (midday, UK time) are dispatched the same working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
• Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
• Free UK delivery on all orders over £50.
• All orders include tracking so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Most international shipments are fully trackable.
• Please note: import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply when your order reaches your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Conditions
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
• Cues must be unchalked and show no signs of use.
• Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
• If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please let us know straight away.
• We may request a photo or for the item to be returned for inspection.
• For confirmed faulty or damaged products, we will cover the return postage costs.
International Returns
• Customers outside the UK are responsible for covering return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).
